Coastal Pet Rescue (CPR)
Coastal Pet Rescue provides many services in the low country. Not only do they rescue pets and care for them, they also assist shelters and other animal rescues with relocation efforts. In 2005, CPR implemented a feral cat trap-neuter-return program, The Milton Project, which helps decrease the Savannah area stray cat population.
CPR also provides humane education outreach to the public, including Pet First Aid and CPR through the Savannah Chapter of American Red Cross. What would you do if your pet stopped breathing? Visit a class and learn how to give mouth to snout resuscitation and other basic first aid that can come in handy.
With all the services they are providing it is easy to see why CPR needs your help. There are many ways you can support CPR in their mission to save as many pets as possible. Adopt or foster a pet, volunteer at one of our upcoming events, or make a tax deductible donation on the website. Your business can also help sponsor CPR with a monetary gift, a donation of items or even services. With veterinary bills reaching over $4,500, your support is greatly needed.
You can also visit the website to find links for specific supplies that can be purchased for Coastal Pet Rescue.
CPR thanks the community for all of their ongoing support and invites new friends out to our upcoming events. Visit CPR adoptable pets on February 21st at Petco in Bluffton from 11 A.M. to 4 P.M. or J.F. Gregory Park in Richmond Hill from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.
