If you are traveling by train...The Savannah Amtrak station is open every day, all day, except from 1:30 PM-4 PM. There are payphones available during station hours. The Amtrak station is not located within walking distance of Savannah’s Historic District, so make arrangements for transportation ahead of time.
If you are traveling by bus...Savannah is facilitated by a Greyhound bus station. The station is located within walking distance of many Savannah hotels.
