An Early 19th Century Holiday at the Davenport House 10–4pm
The understated taste of an authentic early 19th century holiday season in Savannah is the theme of the historic house museum's presentation. Tours explore how the Davenport household celebrated Christmas and New Year's in the 1820s.

Savannah Danse Theatre Presents The Nutcracker 2–4pm
The magic of this holiday classic comes alive in 1945 Savannah! Immerse yourself in the spirit of the season as a young girl’s dream turns larger than life with a special nutcracker, a vengeful river rat, dancing snowflakes and sumptuous ice cream at Leopold’s – all choreographed to Tchaikovsky’s exquisite musical score.
Holiday Festival of Lights and Music 2–9pm
Festive holiday food, music and events like hay wagon rides, face painting and crafts for the kids, a candlelight lute concert, jazz & wine, caroling and a visit from santa!
Annual Boat Parade of Lights 5–7pm
A Christmas Parade – Savannah style! Join the fun as General James Edward Oglethorpe addresses the crowd and officiates the tree lighting followed by a parade of festively-decorated yachts cruising down the Savannah River!
